OUR MISSION
The FAM is a non-profit organization dedicated to eliminating the racial gap in homeownership in the St. Louis region.
The FAM provides subsidized homeownership opportunities in flourishing neighborhoods to qualified individuals who have been negatively affected by the history of race-based state-sponsored discrimination in the area of housing.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS

PASTOR BRENT ROAM: Brent is the Lead Pastor of One Family Church, a vibrant and growing multi-ethnic congregation in St. Louis. Brent holds a BA in Religious Studies and JD from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at ASU. Brent studied divinity and philosophy at Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar and public policy at Princeton as a Woodrow Wilson Fellow. In November, 2013, Brent resigned from his law practice at the international law firm of Bryan Cave LLP to devote his full attention to the pastorate at One Family Church and to the work of building justice and equity in St. Louis.

DR. TAMARAH DUPERVAL-BROWNLEE: Tamarah is a Family Physician, healthcare leader, and advocate for health equity and justice. She serves as the Chief Health Officer for Accenture, a Global Technology and Professional Services firm, where she is responsible for developing and innovating strategies for health and well-being for people across the globe.

MICHAEL HOLMES: Michael sits on various boards including BJC HealthCare, the area’s largest employer, Enterprise Financial Services Corp., and One Family Church. Michael Holmes retired as a partner from Edward Jones in 2005. Later that year, he joined Express Scripts as executive vice president, with the responsibility of overseeing corporate strategy and human resources. In 2010, Holmes launched the non-profit Rx Outreach and served as CEO until transitioning to the chairman of the board in 2010.
BETH JANTZ: Beth is a nonprofit leader with a decade of experience working in social services. Her expertise includes grants development, annual fundraising, strategic planning, and program leadership. Beth currently serves as a senior grant consultant with Let’s Build Hope. Prior to joining Let’s Build Hope, Beth served as the Senior Director of Programs at Paraquad, a disability services organization, where she led new program initiatives, diversified revenue streams, and implemented new development strategies. Beth is dedicated to using her skills to advance social justice and racial equity in St. Louis and the world.

KEVIN CAHILL: Kevin is an experienced and skilled professional with principal interests in public policy, business and strategy development. He currently serves as Vice President, Strategic Initiatives, for the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership. Prior to joining the Partnership, Cahill worked at financial services firm, Edward Jones, having joined that firm in August 2000. Cahill served in roles in the firm's Insurance and Annuity Products and Investment Banking departments.

JOHN KIEHL: John is a “serial entrepreneur” having started and sold several businesses in the homecare industry. Recently retired, he looks forward to traveling with his wife, volunteer opportunities, increased involvement in his church, and improving his chess game. John has always believed in the importance of affordable housing and is excited to play a role in providing solutions.
