Program Application

The FAM program is for individuals and families impacted by historic housing discrimination who are currently renting and seeking to purchase their first home.

Due to the unanticipated large number of those seeking assistance, we have discontinued receiving any new applicants from this web page.

Instead, applicants should ask their lender to contact The FAM directly to obtain a link to The FAM’s application.

Note: It is a requirement of The FAM that an applicant is pre-approved for a mortgage before being able to receive a commitment for assistance. Thanks!!
